Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

Once your order has been placed, it will begin to process on the next business day. All products are made to order and will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. Once your order is ready, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow along until delivery. Please contact the courier if there are any issues with delivery.

I entered the wrong address at checkout

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you if you email us. However, processing begins quickly and there may be instances where your shipping label has already been created and cannot be changed. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.

My package is lost. What should I do?

Please contact USPS and file a USPS Lost Claim

Contact us with your order number and USPS case code & reason so we can assist you further. Unbroken Athletica is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will try our hardest to make sure the carrier locates your package.

What is your return policy?

WE OFFER FREE 30-DAY RETURNS (U.S Only). We cover the cost to send your item back and will fully refund you for your order, minus shipping fees. Reach out to our Customer Support Team with your order number and your reason for returning and we will be more than happy to assist with any issues.

All Returned Items Must Be Unwashed And Undamaged Or We Will Not Be Able To Process Your Exchange.

What size should I get?

All products are a unisex fit. We provide multiple size charts that detail exactly how each garment is constructed to fit. Please reference these prior to choosing a size.

When will you be restocking?

Restocking products is variable. Some products will only be offered once, and others will continue to be brought back in stock. The best way to keep up with our inventory, new releases, and discounts is to subscribe to our email.

How should I wash my gear?

For the best care, we recommend washing on cold or warm and tumble dry or hang dry. Additionally, to ensure the longevity of your gear, we recommend using detergent that does not contain any synthetic dyes, such as blue detergent, as synthetic dyes have the potential to interact negatively with fabric dyes causing discoloration. We recommend using clear detergent.

How much do you donate and where does it go?

10% of profits are donated towards a variety of different foundations and charities that we've done research on and believe are doing tremendous things for the mental health of our athletes. Each month we pick a different organization to donate to. You can find out more about these here.

How else can I help support?

Word of mouth is our biggest way of spreading the movement. We rely on our close knit community of athletes and those who support them to share what we are doing. We don't rely on ads or gimmicks. Genuine conversations are the ultimate way of creating change, and we believe that is the only way. You don't need to purchase from us in order to join us. Just a like, comment, or share on any of our media could help save a life.
